Product Description

This system begins with a washable 20 micron pleated filter that removes larger particles such as sediment, silt, and organic debris. The second stage’s 1 micron polyspun cartridge captures fine particles and protozoa such as Giardia. The third stage includes a 5 micron carbon block filter to reduce musty odours and improve the natural taste of rainwater. Finally, water is disinfected by the 55W UV unit, which inactivates 99.9% of bacteria and viruses such as E. coli, making this system ideal for safe drinking water.

The UV system features a stainless steel chamber, audible and visual lamp alarm, and a countdown timer ballast for easy maintenance tracking.
