Why do all three models share the same 330 kPa max pressure?

The HS Series uses a 4-stage design reaching up to 700 kPa, better suited to multi-storey homes, properties on a slope, or longer distances between the pump and the furthest outlet.

Does the IP55 rating mean it can be installed outdoors uncovered?
